Scott Latham - Editor
Scott is the Editor of UK Carp and joined having been a Web and Graphic Designer. Scott states that the prospect of running the venture in his life-long hobby prompted him to make the move in starting the magazine. Fishing as a "bit picker" as a youngster Scott soon started valuing the beauty of carp and became a fully fledged carp hunter in 1999.
Work commitments and a young family mean that Scott is far from a full-time angler and he sees this as the strength behind his success on the magazine, which continues to outgrow the rest: “I don’t go fishing every day, but then nor do the readers."
Scott states his favourite water as being Bishops Bowl Lake, but enjoys the challenge of a new venue.

Tom Fellows - Editor
Tom is the Editor of UK Carp and joined having been a Landscape Gardener. Tom has no regrets in taking the move to start the magazine with Scott and still relashes the fact of bringing his fishing adventures to our readers.
A late starter Tom first picked up a rod in 2003 but soon became a fully fledged carp hunter and by 2005 Tom became (in Scott Latham's words) "one of the best natural carp anglers ive seen".
"I started fishing for what ever came along, mainly in the area of Lichfield. I would fish for carp off the top in summer months, roving the local lakes with a simple carp rod. Watching huge fish during the years and seeing a few being caught infected me with the carp fishing bug."
Tom states that their is nothing more enjoyable than visiting a new lake, and tacking every challenge it throws at him.

Richard Higham - Editorial Assistant
Richard started as editorial assistant for UK Carp in January 2010 after spending most of 2009 fishing beside Scott and Tom at lakes all round the country. From the age of 13 spent most of my life on match lakes pole and feeder fishing and in 2008 at the age of 26 I decided to look at some thing different I desided to make a change and look for the bigger fish. I started fishing a few small carp lake around the Midlands and Warwickshire which is were I met up with Scott and Tom they offered to help me improve my carping skills. From then on we fished together as the UK Carp team and over the 2009 season I have improved my catch rate 5 times over Although it sounds like we are on the bank all of the time I am limited on my fishing time due to having a full time job in the painting industry and I a lovey family at home we do aim to be on the bank at least once every 2 weeks but that is not always possible.
My favorite lake has to be the match lake at the bishops bowl lakes in Warwickshire where I have had some of my best looking fish from.
